Our schools in Honduras are run by an amazing and dedicated staff of administrators and teachers. We have close to 70 staff members at our three locations in Honduras. They all who work closely with our students to give them not only a rich education, but also a sense of pride in themselves and caring for others. Liz Kinchen
Liz Kinchen has been with El Hogar Ministries, Inc. since 2001. Prior to working at EL Hogar, Liz worked for over 20 years as a Program Manager and Development Manager in the software industry, working at large, midsize and start-up companies. She is also Director of Lay Ministry of Parish of the Epiphany in Winchester, MA. Liz has Masters degrees in Computer Science and in Counseling Psychology.


Canadian Advisor and Sponsor Assignment Coordinator
Margo Mingay
From 1998-2000 Margo and her husband, David Winsor served as the Co-Executive Directors of El Hogar Projects. Prior to working at El Hogar, she worked with the Royal Bank of Canada. Margo currently serves El Hogar as our Sponsor Assignment Coordinator.


Sponsor Relations Coordinator
Jocelyn Rohde
In 1987 Jocelyn and her husband, John, became the directors of “The Home of Love and Hope,” in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where they served for over nine years. Jocelyn and John currently live in Colorado and serves as the Sponsor Relations Coordinator for El Hogar.

Chris Wisniewski
Chris worked for El Hogar Ministries from 2004 until 2007 as their Donations Coordinator and Web Designer. As of 2008, she continues to maintain the El Hogar web site. Chris also runs her own web design company, BackRow Design, which she founded in 1998.
